TARTS AND TRUFFLES CAKES AND CATERING

Tarts and Truffles started as a bakery dedicated to serving
 upscale desserts and cakes in the European tradition.  We
 gradually progressed to offering full service catering through
 our restaurant The Centerville Café.  Centerville caters
 breakfast, lunch and dinner for corporate or private events
for 15 people and upwards.  We use the highest quality
 ingredients and strive to give you extraordinary food whether
 you are hosting a corporate breakfast or an elegant sit down
 wedding dinner.  We also excel at dessert buffets that feature
 our hand made pastries, mini tarts, cookies, cakes, brownies,
 candies and hand dipped strawberries.  Our chef can work
 with you to develop a menu customized for your celebration
 and budget.  We offer many innovative ideas featuring the
 latest in food innovation.  Our chef attends continuing
 education classes and seminars and our senior staff have
 traveled to Europe and California to attend cooking classes
 and visit bakeries in an effort to stay on top of current ideas
 and trends.
