Debra Mindham is the vision and passion behind Tarts and Truffles...Cakes and Catering patisserie.  She is a lifelong resident of McHenry County and currently lives in Hebron. Debra attended the Wilton Masters Cake Decorating school and attended Elgin Community College to study as a pastry chef. She began decorating beautiful cakes that also tasted great and had a successful word of mouth business. 

In 2005 she opened the doors at the Centerville Café in Woodstock, Illinois. Located on the square in the Elks lodge, the bakery is in the front of the restaurant.  

Our philosophy is to use only the best  ingredients to produce the best possible taste.  The cakes can be decorated in any manner you wish, from elaborate fondant covered cakes, to simple elegant cakes. We aim to work with brides to develop a cake within her budget that the bride will always remember.  Debra’s skills as a decorator ensure that almost any vision can be accomplished.
